Our simple guarantee means if your gear is ever broken or damaged, we will repair it free of charge, no proof of purchase needed, no questions asked.

How it works

• Our warranty covers the repair of all functional aspects of your Midwest Competition Works gear for the life of your gear.

• Our warranty does not cover cosmetic wear or cleaning, damage of contents, or the replacement of lost or stolen gear and/or its contents.

• Due to the nature of certain types of repairs and normal wear and tear, it is not always possible to return your gear in its original condition. Due to the discontinuation of a particular part or color, identical replacement parts may not be available. Midwest Competition Works will repair or replace damaged parts with the closest matching part or component in the closest matching color.

• You are responsible for the cost of shipping your gear to us, however, we will return the favor and ship your gear back to you free of charge.

• If you happen to see us at an event we will be more than happy to take your gear, fix it and ship it back to you.

• 3rd party items (i.e. Tek-Lok (r) patterned or DOTS belt systems) sold on our site are NOT covered by our warranty, but instead by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). These items will be clearly marked as 3rd party items on our site.

• Use of thread locker (Loctite, Vibra-tite, super glue, etc…) may void your warranty.
